"Capsule I" and customs are made in Melbourne, We strive to make sure you receive the best quality pieces built to last.  As these are handmade pieces, please allow for slight differences piece by piece.

Heat reactive leather: The leather shift time frame will depend on the surrounding temperature. The leather shifts typically around 32-40 degrees celsius but external factors like colder environment's can slow down the shift. A warmer enviornment allows for a faster reaction time

Care:  Hand wash only. Clean by using warm water on the outside of the garment with no detergents, leather wipes may also be used if the item is wiped down after with paper towel to avoid streaks. When cleaning lining and more intimate areas,  a small amout of detergent diluted with cold water may be required. it is best to use a microfibre cloth or brush dipped in the solution, do not oversaturate the leather. Ensure any wet spots on leather are dried with a microfibre or paper towel, allow lining to air dry naturally, do not tumble dry.

How do custom orders work?

Faulty item?

If you received a product with a suspected fault, or have any faults appear with in the first few wears please email us at info@xenamorph.com.
We assess the item individually for manufacturing faults and will be happy to repair or replace the items.
We do not accept worn or items damaged from incorrect user care. Please ensure you read our care instructions to extend the life of the products.
